In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "pn999," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the pn999 platform accessible at pn999.vip and all associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.
• "Platform" means the pn999 website, mobile-optimised interface, and all gaming services, sportsbook markets, and account management tools made available thereon.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers for, or uses any part of the pn999 Platform.
• "Account" means the individual player account created upon completion of the pn999 registration process, through which a player accesses the Platform and holds a PKR balance.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pn999. You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law and that no legal impediment exists to your use of the Platform.

5.1 Deposits. Deposits are credited to your pn999 Account promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed within the cashier section of the Platform and may be amended by pn999 at any time. pn999 accepts only funds deposited by the registered Account holder — third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

5.3 Fraud Prevention. pn999 employs automated and manual fraud detection systems to monitor all financial transactions. Any Account found to be involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or misuse of payment systems will be suspended immediately and the matter referred to the relevant authorities. All associated funds will be withheld pending investigation.

pn999 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the point of each individual offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the terms of each individual promotion.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on pn999 contribute equally to wagering requirements. Game contribution percentages are published in the specific promotion terms. Bets placed on excluded games while a bonus is active will not count towards wagering requirements.
• Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry date or validity window. Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements that are not completed within the validity window will be forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each player is entitled to claim each specific promotion once only, unless otherwise stated. Attempts to claim promotions multiple times via duplicate Accounts or manipulated registration data are strictly prohibited.
• Abuse & Exploitation: pn999 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus — and to close the associated Account — where pn999 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is exploiting promotional offers in bad faith, including through arbitrage betting, abuse of free bets, or coordinated exploitation with other players.

pn999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players are advised to review the current terms of any active promotion in the promotions section of the Platform prior to opting in.

All casino games available on pn999 — including live casino tables, slots, and fishing games — operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing equipment streamed in real time. The following fairness standards apply across the pn999 platform:

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pn999 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

1. Registering or operating more than one Account on pn999, whether under your own identity or a fabricated identity.
2. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point during Account use.
3. Using the Platform while located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction or while subject to a self-exclusion order.
4. Depositing or withdrawing funds through payment methods that do not belong to you as the registered Account holder.
5. Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including the coordination of bets in casino games or sports markets to guarantee outcomes.

pn999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this area seriously. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the maximum amount they are permitted to lose within a defined period. Loss limit reductions take effect immediately; increases require a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration reminders that notify them when a defined period of continuous play has elapsed.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, login access is restricted and no marketing communications will be sent.

2. Modification, adaptation, translation, or creation of derivative works based on any Platform content.
3. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software component of the Platform.
4. Use of any pn999 trademark, logo, or brand identifier in any context not expressly authorised by pn999.

Any unauthorised use of pn999 intellectual property may result in the termination of your licence and Account, and may expose you to legal proceedings. pn999 actively monitors for and pursues infringement of its intellectual property rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pn999 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

1. Losses sustained as a result of wagering activity on the Platform, whether from Real Money Play or Bonus Fund use.
2. Interruptions to Platform availability caused by technical maintenance, server failures, third-party outages, or force majeure events.
3. Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to the operational timelines of third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or any banking partner.
4. Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
5. Any reliance placed on information, odds, or data published on the Platform that contains inadvertent errors.

Where pn999's liability cannot be excluded by law, pn999's maximum aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

pn999 collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data provided by players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the pn999 Privacy Policy.

pn999 collects personal data including but not limited to your full name, date of birth, residential address, contact details, and payment method information for the purposes of Account registration, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.

pn999 does not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with regulators, law enforcement agencies, fraud prevention services, and payment processors where required by law or operational necessity.

Where an amendment is material — meaning it substantially affects a player's rights or obligations — pn999 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their Account and/or via a prominent notification displayed upon the next pn999 Login following the change. Non-material amendments may be made without advance notice.

The date on which the current version of the Terms & Conditions came into effect is displayed at the top of this page. Players are encouraged to review the Terms & Conditions periodically to remain informed of their current obligations and rights under the agreement.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pn999 holds its international gaming licence.

Each party irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that territory for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, without prejudice to pn999's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where it has an interest to protect.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, players are required to attempt resolution of any dispute through the pn999 internal complaints procedure described in Clause 15. pn999 is committed to resolving disputes in good faith and in a timely manner.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

pn999 maintains a dedicated customer support team available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to assist players with Account queries, technical issues, payment questions, and formal complaints.

Formal Complaints Procedure: If you wish to raise a formal complaint regarding any aspect of the pn999 Platform or these Terms & Conditions, please follow the procedure below:

1. Submit your complaint in writing to the pn999 support team, providing your full Account details, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting documentation or evidence.
